CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL GALLERY

There is no better bang for your buck than a fresh coat of paint, particularly if the proper color palette is selected.

Have a look at this gallery to see how striking a nice paint job can be!

It took three or four attempts of on the wall mock ups the to find just the just right shade of blue. This room gets a lot of light at various intensities through out the day. Once we hit the right shade the room really shone. The ceiling, as well as all the trim is hand brushed Dutch enamel in a semi brilliant sheen. This room is an attention getter. This wood paneled ceiling is hand painted with Dutch enamel. No fancy technique here, just several coats and sandings. This truly is my favorite when it comes to interior trim paint. It's of such a higher caliber than domestic paints and it really shows! This white on white interior is actually a very light grey color. This is yet another fine example of how good a simple but perfect colored paint finish can look. The eggplant colored finish for the steel beam in the photo above was specified by the architect of this nicely designed residence. It's a linear polyurethane finish. This type of finish is a marine grade catalyzed coating developed for demanding conditions. Being that the beam is steel and close to the ocean, this was a good finish choice. This beautiful old La Jolla residence was enlarged and restored. With a lot of thought and attention to detail the owner and designers were able to maintain original character of the house. My crew and I, after extensive preparation, repainted this house. The front door is gloss red Dutch enamel and makes for a great accent to this excellent color scheme. This house was stripped down to the studs, the roof raised and the house completely and stylishly remodeled. My crew and I, as is our practice, painstakingly prepped and painted the interior and exterior of this sleek yet comfortable house on the Mission Bay boardwalk. This beautiful old house was built in the 1920's and belonged to a very high-end designer. Our task was to work out a fun yet sophisticated color scheme that would suit the style of the house, work with the beautiful landscaping and not stand out to much in the neighborhood. My clients were very pleased with the outcome. This beautiful old house was built in the 1920's and belonged to a very high-end designer. I did a light bead blasting, then apply a patina to make it look like oil rubbed bronze.
